$125 - for homes up to $179,999
$175 - for homes between $180,000 and $464,999
$250 - for homes between $465,000 and $779,999
$300 - for homes between $780,000 and $1,399,000
$400 - for homes between $1,400,000 and $2,999,999
Email for quote on homes over $2,999,999 or for homes out of the area
Photographic service includes all interior rooms, outdoor property and a listing on our web site cyberhometour.net for one year. We also provide a link to the tour that you can use on other web sites. High resolution photos are availble via download for your use with other marketing if desired. Property brochures are not provided. Multimedia video tours are make from video clips and still photos. (sample video)

We require the property owners name and phone number for all gated communities and also if the porperty has an electronic lock box or combo and any other information you think we may need.

Terms: We require payment in advance. All photographs and brochures are the property of Cyberhometour, LLC. Permission to use is only granted to you for your marketing use. Your listing link will remain active for up to 1 year as long as the listing is active. If you cancel your appointment after we have photographed the property, no money will be refunded. If it is raining the day of the appointment and we are unable to obtain good outdoor photos, we will shoot the interior and return on another day to photograph the exterior. We will refund your money via company check if you cancel your appointment before we photograph the property minus a $10 handling charge. Prices do not include night photography.
